Ordering & Payment Policy

Payment Method – All payment on our online marketplace is taken through our billing partner Stripe online card payment system. The Stripe payment system will accept most credit/debit card transactions. It is a cloud-based international payment system that is reliable and secure. Please note that we only accept payments from UK customers for delivery to mainland UK addresses at present.

All orders received Monday to Friday (apart from Bank holidays & annual shutdown) are processed within 3 working days. Estimated delivery 15-20 working days.

Payment must be made in full prior to any goods being shipped. If you are unsure about the nature of any of the MirPlay School products, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can help you specify the right product for your needs. We can also explain how products are assembled, what materials are involved and how they are packaged for delivery.

If you think that you have ordered an item by mistake and wish to amend/cancel your order please get in touch with us at sales@nortekgroup.co.uk or alternatively ring us on +44(0)1260 298321. Amendments or cancellation of an order have to take place within 48 hrs of placement of order if you get in touch any later than this we cannot guarantee that your order has already been processed and it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.
