Ordering & Payment Policy

Payment Method – We have tailored our buying to specifically meet the needs of schools, colleges & further education. When you fill up your basket with the furniture that you require simply click on ‘View Basket’ to check your choices. The click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ and fill in the billing details. Your list of chosen products will be sent to us for a final once over and we will then be in touch via email to ask which type of payment method you prefer. At this stage there is no obligation to purchase the goods and no payment has been taken.

Most schools prefer a BACS payment system and in most case we will simply email over a pro-forma invoice for payment after any queries have been sorted and you are happy to proceed with the order. Once payment has been received the order will be processed and an order acknowledgement will be emailed to you confirming that payment has been received and your order has been processed. An estimated delivery date will also be advised and nearer the date we will inform you as to exactly when your new MirPlay School furniture will arrive.

If you wish to pay be debit or credit card we can issue a pro-forma invoice that has a click-to-pay facility which will then lead you through to Stripe our online card payment provider.

 The Stripe payment system will accept most credit/debit card transactions. It is a cloud-based international payment system that is reliable and secure. For more information on the Stripe payment platform please visit www.stripe.com.

Please note that we only accept payments from UK customers for delivery to mainland UK addresses at present. However we can deal with overseas enquiries through our website. Please contact us directly if you are an overseas enquiry.

All orders received Monday to Friday (apart from Bank holidays & annual shutdown) are normally processed within 3 working days. Estimated delivery is normally 15-20 working days. However during the summer months this can extend and we will keep you informed should the need arise.

Payment must be made in full prior to any goods being shipped. If you are unsure about the nature of any of the MirPlay School products, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. We can help you specify the right product for your needs. We can also explain how products are assembled, what materials are involved and how they are packaged for delivery.

If you think that you have ordered an item by mistake and wish to amend/cancel your order please get in touch with us at sales@nortekgroup.co.uk or alternatively ring us on +44(0)1260 298321. Amendments or cancellation of an order have to take place within 48 hrs of placement of order if you get in touch any later than this we cannot guarantee that your order has already been processed and it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.
