Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on goods once they have been ordered. If you are unsure about the nature of any products please get in touch prior to ordering and we will answer any queries you may have. For large projects we can offer a sample service so you can see first hand and try out the goods before you decide to purchase.

If you receive goods that are faulty and do not want a replacement or a repair then the faulty goods will have to be collected from your premises for inspection prior to any refund being made. Please get in touch with us at sales@nortekgroup.co.uk describing the nature of the fault and we can then arrange collection. Once the goods have been inspected at our factory and the fault has been quality assessed we can then make arrangements for a full refund to be issued. Please note that we offer a refund for the cost of the damaged goods only.
